• Delivery of structured data in CSV, JSON, Excel, and custom formats
• Regular data updates as per the selected subscription plan
• API access for automated data retrieval (Professional and Advanced plans)
• Ready-to-use datasets available for one-time purchase

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable law to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and proprietary scraping technology on machinelabs.in are the exclusive property of MachineLabs and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Data delivered to you as part of a paid engagement is licensed to you for your internal business use only.

7. Payment and Billing

All subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept major credit/debit cards and UPI payments. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

MachineLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to maintain 99% uptime and data accuracy, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate at all times. MachineLabs disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription by providing written notice before the end of the current billing cycle. Upon termination, your access to the service and any stored data will cease. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

MachineLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
